I would like to personally introduce myself and provide you with some background on Mullins LLC. My name is Jeff Mullins, PE, and I am the President of Mullins LLC. and Principal Engineer. Over the past 26 years, I have managed and owned civil engineering firms in Huntsville, Alabama. My journey began in 1998 when I founded my first civil engineering firm. I later sold it to a large regional Civil/Architecture firm in 2008 and continued to manage their Huntsville office for four years. It was then that I decided to launch my own firm again in 2012, Mullins, LLC.

Since its inception, Mullins LLC has grown to a staff of 30 people, including six licensed professional engineers and two professional land surveyors at two locations. We have been fortunate to serve as the engineering firm on several prominent projects in North Alabama, including the multi-disciplinary land developments, Town Madison and Clift Farms. Our client list includes notable names such as Costco, Publix, Kroger, Chick-fil-A, BJ’s Wholesale, Starbucks, Jim 'N Nick's, Walk-On's, Lennar Homes, DR Horton, Silver Companies, Thompson Thrift, Sembler, and Breland Companies. Additionally, we have designed over 15 multi-family projects in the last four years, totaling more than 4,000 units.

Our organizational structure is straightforward, with me at the helm. I personally assign one of our skilled PE’s to oversee your project, while I remain heavily involved throughout the design and permitting process. Robbie Stewart will then manage the project to address any issues that arise during construction, with my assistance as needed. Robbie Stewart joined our team in 2019 after 31 years of service with the City of Huntsville, where he served as Assistant City Engineer. His experience and knowledge is invaluable in obtaining permits and navigating construction challenges.
